I think he’s still going to be the classic 19-year-old, upper teenager punk getting mixed up in all of the things high schoolers would get mixed up with. He might grow up, but grow up in a bad way.

AlphaNYC
Andrew recently did an interview with AlphaNYC! He sat down and talked with them about how he got started in the business, working at One Life to Live and more. He mentions doing print work at first and his first commercial booking for Ruby Tuesday's which when it aired all you ended up seeing was part of his hand. Andrew spends some time discussing how hard it can be to juggle a full high school schedule with a full time acting job, as well as how the techniques he learned while working on show can help not only in future acting jobs, but in general everyday occurrences. One example is the being able to memorize pages and pages of dialog with little time to learn it, I'm sure that really comes in handy for school tests now! Andrew misses his One Life to Live family and it was great to be able to talk with AlphaNYC about the experience!

Behind the Scenes
The actors of One Life to Live love helping raise money for charity in any way they can whether it be hosting a fan event or auctioning off items that the fans would love to have from the show. Another type of auction often occurs where fans can bid on a chance to have a tour of the studio! Jerry verDorn who played Clint put one up for auction last year to benefit the American Cancer Society, and the winners came to New York City getting to see the studio and meet several of the actors including Andrew! Andrew was happy to pose for a photo with Rachele and Carina, and thanks to Rachele we now have their photo with Andrew! Jerry also took his good friend and fan club president Wendy, whom many of you know from the Stars and Strikes Event, on a studio tour as well! It was such a fabulous experience and she got a fantastic picture of Andrew on the hospital set. She has kindly sent along her photo too, how fun for everyone to get to be on the sets so many of us would watch each and every day on TV and meet the actors! Thank-you Rachele and Wendy for the photos, Andrew really enjoyed getting to meet you.

POZ
It was certainly a busy night at the Love Out Loud event. Meeting fans, mingling with co-stars and doing interviews, there was a ton of excitement. Andrew was interviewed by POZ, an organization involved with the event, and along with Kelley and Shenell he talked about the importance of AIDS awareness, especially among young people. Thanks to everyone involved for another fantastic event and to POZ for a great interview!
